Whether your patients need a single tooth implant or an upper and lower full arch rehabilitation, rest assured they are in capable hands.
We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards and accommodating individual needs. All of our Clinicians and Dental Care Professionals have been enhanced DBS checked and are registered with the General Dental Council.
For patients that have a specific dental need or that have a keen interest in any of the treatments we offer, we would be more than happy to accept a referral from yourselves.
We offer a wide range of private treatment options including Cosmetic Orthodontics such as Six Month Smiles, Invisalign, Quick Straight Teeth and more.
In addition, we offer Dental Implants, Bone Grafting, Sinus Lifts, All on 4 same day teeth, complete Smile Makeovers, Teeth Whitening and comfortable snoring devices to help patients with sleeping problems.
Once treatment has been completed we will, of course, discharge the patient back to your routine care.
Return any radiographs, photographs or study models that you provide to assist us in treatment planning Always communicate with you and keep you fully updated and informed of your patients progress. Always advise your patients to continue seeing you for their regular dental appointments throughout the course of their treatment with us. Discharge your patient back to you at the end of their treatment for continuing care.
Orthodontic and Implant referrals are subject to a consultation fee prior to booking.

You can refer patients by downloading and printing a referral form and emailing the form to our NHS email address (dental.v17904@nhs.net). Please only email us using your own practice NHS.net account.
Alternatively you can post or fax us a copy of the referral.
